We reached out to bro4u services for a carpenter help to fix one of our furniture issues and a service partner was assigned to this work order who visited our house an year back and asked for the money to complete the work in advance (knowing that bro4u would be able to co-ordinate with all these service partners, we made the payment thinking it is as per terms), but after that the service partner who was assigned started ignoring our calls giving some junk reasons and of-late he has discontinued/changed his mobile number. We reached out to bro4u customer care asking for support for about an year and everytime we hear from them that we will reach out to the assigned service partner and ask for a call back, but this has never happened. We got cheated (not just us but many other people have gone through similar experiences who opted to go with this companies service), request help in resolution and taking some legal action against this company so that other people dont fall prey for these fraudulents Was this information helpful? |
