Bro4U — Useless servicing and double charge by "Chil9 Air Con" booked through Bro4U

I had the most frustrating experience with Bro4u's AC servicing on May 24, 2020, Booking ID - 708320. The service provider "Chil9 Air Con" said the AC's gas needs to be refilled and after filling it, charged double of what is mentioned in the price sheet for gas filling. It is not mentioned anywhere in the app that double amount will be charged nor was it informed to me by the service provided prior to the service, but they forced us to pay double charge. They said it'll take a couple of hours for cooling to start and left. Even after half a day had passed there was no cooling and when I called "Chil9 Air Con" they were unhelpful, they just said it'll take more time to cool and then stopped answering my calls. I tried to contact Bro4u customer support but they are completely useless, they do not respond at all. I finally had to call the AC company Voltas, who said that the coil had been damaged and would need to be replaced. This was the main cause for the AC not working properly, which "Chil9 Air Con" was unable to identify, although we specifically asked them to check if there was an issue with the AC before they filled the gas. The gas that they filled was completely useless since all of it leaked out again due to the damaged coil. Since the entire gas leaked out, the company agents had to fill the gas again after replacing the coil, for which we had to pay them again. So the entire servicing provided by "Chil9 Air Con" was completely useless and I never got a refund or an apology!!! I need a complete refund of the amount that I was charged for this servicing.
