Dear Sir,
I live in Pimple Saudagar in Pune, where Ganesh Telecom provides services on BSNLs behalf. I requested for Landline and broadband service on 03/11/12. PSTN[protected] was provided within 2 days but they kept on delaying the broadband service provision. Whenever I checked with Ganesh Telecom representative he kept on telling that there is a problem in port configuration from BSNL side from the wakad exchange as some one from BSNL had configured the port wrongly.
Every day Ganesh telecom kept on telling me that the service will start today. To my surprise I have come to know that my order is cancelled and I am being asked to pay 900/- Rs for placing a new order. They are saying that 900/- rupees will be refunded next month. I am really not happy with the way my order has gone with BSNL. They have already taken 3 weeks but service is still not provided.
As a consumer I am really helpless here. It is easier to get work done from private organizations but not sure what I can do here for BSNL.
I will appreciate your help in it. Kindly request BSNL to take customers seriously and leave the attitude with which all o[censored]s have been living for ages if we want to make our companies and country proud.
