I am resident individual from Shree Ganesh, Juhu Gaon Vashi - Navi Mumbai.
I had paid INR 4000 to Ion SSV Broadband Pvt Ltd for one year internet connection before 2.5 months, but my connection is not yet activated, even complationing lots of time.
Need your help.

I m regretting that I have taken this I on internet connection, first of all the executive person who puts the connection never receive our call than the customer care is always busy, and if by mistake they receive our call than they don't have the ability to speak to the customer properly they seem to be tired of receiving several call.
I have cctv cameras in my flat, cause I live abroad I had to put cameras for security but non r working because of my internet problem when ever we r activating the cameras it shows port closed, still the Ion customer says every thing is working properly. in 30 days 10 days there is connectivity problem. pls its a kind and humble request to solve my this problem.
