Tata Photon Plus Connection — Harassment

I had a corporate connection and asked for bill plan change in March 2012. The plan never got changed inspite of numerous email reminders. Finally I asked for cancellation of services and till date I have no confirmation that the connection has been cancelled. I keep receiving E Bills and this is super frustrating how I have been ill-treated and harassed. The ref number of my service request for cancellation of services was taken in after a few months! (reference number[protected]. I am not sure if anybody shall do the needful hence lodging a complaint in this forum.
