[Resolved]  Vikrant Warange — BSNL IS CHEATING WITH EVERY CUSTOMER IN MANNER OF BROADBAND PLAN SPEED

Hi, I am user of BSNL-Raigad (MH) Broadband service. My plan is: BB Home Combo ULD 950 (unlimited) Details of plan: as per BSNL’s information sheet Up to 8GB _4Mbps_line speed and after 8GB _ 512 Kbps line speed. But including me many customers are getting 220Kbps or less up to 8GB and then 60/70 Kbps after 8GB We are paying: 950 + +Service Tax charges = 1100+ Can any respective authority of bsnl or TRAI will look in this matter how BSNL IS doing this with Indian public? Would they please explain us what is 4 Mbps speed and what is 512Kbps speed? 1024 Kb= 1MB? Or BSNL has new logic o[censored]nit calculation? We have tested our line speed with many BENCHMARK AND SPEED TESTER sites and this make clear that BSNL (and every ISP in India) is cheating with every customer.
