Im ZYLOG SYSTEMS INDIA(WI5) EXISTING CUSTOMER FROM 2 MONTHS i have paid 7months bill in advance
from 1 jun onwords my network notworking because of server failure WI5 customercare send me sms server may recover with in 48 hours after 2 days server not recovered,they said again 48 hours after 2days also problem not resolved they said from 12th jun onwords its working but 14th jun stil problem countine.

I am using Wi5 connection for past 9 months, Past 2 weeks internet was not working at all, I tried to reach customer care always it says Busy. tried to reach the local support. they purposly disconnected the call while ring and switched off the phone. No response. I visited the office it was locked.

WI5 is the one of the wrost internet service provide in india. Pls dont go for Wi5
