Brother Footprint — Product of sandals refund

I have placed Order on 01/08/2020 and payment made for 499, after two day checked for order in the brotherfootprint track order, it shows 2 date awaiting for courier, after you i email form my personal mail and reply was we send sms for all point of dispatch, but i replied back with the email that I have not received any sms for the brotherfootprint,
Till 10.08.2020 i have not received any sms or email for dispatch of products so processed for cancellation of order on 10.08.2020 after conformation of cancellation, in there website it is written that refund will take 10 days, now there website is not opening and i have written mail also for this to there email address but no reply.
Till date no refund has been received to me.

for this matter, reply sms in every stage will receive but no sms received till 10.08.2020 and processed for cancel for order and refund, but till date no refund or reply and website is not opening.
