Dear sir

I am purchase a shose from this website and done the payment but order not received yet.

My order no19680 and tracking no.[protected]...

On[protected] i make an order in brotherfoot.com they gave tracking id and consignment number [protected], after completion of delivery date i consult them through message and i said " i didn't receive my order" they didn't respond for my message. now i search for brother footprint website the website is not there....

I have placed Order on 01/08/2020 and payment made for 499, after two day checked for order in the brotherfootprint track order, it shows 2 date awaiting for courier, after you i email form my personal mail and reply was we send sms for all point of dispatch, but i replied back with the email that I have not received any sms for the brotherfootprint,
Till 10.08.2020 i have not received any sms or email for dispatch of products so...
