Brp Developers, Mangalore — Enormous delay in completion of residential villa in blue heaven layout, kotekar

I applied for Villa in Blue Heaven Layout promoted by Mr Pramod Gupta and his partners in May 2010. Though the specified amounts for paid at each stage, the developers are yet to complete and after the possession of villa even after 6 years. Few of the sites were auctioned by their bankers, State Bank of Hyderabad, because of default in loan repayment. Most of the investors are from Gulf countries, who are not aware of the status of the project.
Request the future investors to be careful about these Developers and Promoters.
