I had brought a villa with brp developers mangalore in 2009, i have been regularly paying payments to the builder promod gupta for the construction of villa, 90%of payments have been made to him, the villa in 60% completion stage and worked is stopped since 4yrs, as i am nri i come once in a year he said every year that he will complete but never did anything, this year i approached him to ask him what he going to do about the villa completion, he said that he doesn't have funds now and can't do anything, almost all his clients are in the similar situation, full payment have been made, many have approached court, and court has ordered stay on his property, the local panchayat says the constructions are illegal, they r not issuing khata and door numbers for the registered sites, some sites and villas are not registered in clients name even after full payments, some villas he has done double registration and chested the earlier client

We had made big mistake by investing with out checking his background, earlier also in bangalore there are lot of clients complaints against him registered in the net,, if you search his name anybody can view
Please don't deal with this guy he is a fraud and brought to justice

I too am a victm of the so called BRP developers blue heaven project, I had bought an villa in 2009 from its so called proprietor Promod Gupta, till date he has not completed the villa, as an Nri and non resident of Mangalore I am not able check status of the villa, every year he promises to complete but doesnt do it, As we r nri he knows we will not be in the country for long time and have to retun back abroad, he has been taking undue advantage of it. Al though 90 percent payments have been made he is not doing any work in villa, the villa is only 60 percent completed and no job is going on

I have booked one villa with BRP Developers in 2009. Still he has not completed the project.
The project is owned by fraudster Pramod Gupta and fraudster Shakir Ahmed who is from Mangalore is absconding.
These two fraudsters taken money from so many people from Mangalore in the name of building villas in BRP Developers layout.
Now all the work has been stopped

I applied for Villa in Blue Heaven Layout promoted by Mr Pramod Gupta and his partners in May 2010. Though the specified amounts for paid at each stage, the developers are yet to complete and after the possession of villa even after 6 years. Few of the sites were auctioned by their bankers, State Bank of Hyderabad, because of default in loan repayment. Most of the investors are from Gulf countries, who are not aware of the status of the project.br...
