Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — BBMP person asking more money than prescribed for garbage collection

We are situated near kudlu gate. We have a cloud kitchen. The person coming for collection of garbage, is demanding excess money for collection.
As per government regulation, we need to pay INR 0.90 per kg. We are hardly generating 10kv of trash per day. So it will be 300kg appx per month. We need to pay appx INR 300/- per month.

But, the person coming for collection, is demanding INR 1500 per month for the same.
