Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Co-operation water has stopped since 6 Months

This is to bring to your notice that since the past 6 months, co-operation water has stopped coming to our house. I am a 75 year old lady who was out of station for about 6 months, residing with my son. When I came back to the house, the water for some reason has been stopped in-spite of me paying the water bill punctually before due date. My RR no - SE127086, Name - Sharfunnisa. The date last paid was May 11th 2023.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
