I Leo Clement A, residing in Mathikere Bangalore, I request to change garbage collector in our street, even though I throw garbage correctly as per his instructions, speaks in harsh, misguiding, not coming in proper time, speaks without respect, changing instructions every moment and not receiving garbage at all
