Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Garbage collector problem

Hello,
I am a resident of Vajpayee nagar, Chikkalsandra and the 2nd cross residents are facing issues with the garbage collector. First and foremost, they don't come to pick up neither wet waste or dry waste daily. It is very important for them to pick up the wet waste and unwanted waste ( diaper, sanitary napkins etc.) on a daily basis. Second, they don't come to our street but instead stand far from our street and expect us to bring the garbage to them and they don't even announce that they are here.

CAN YOU PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ASAP? This needs to stop as most o[censored]s are struggling to get rid of our trash on a daily basis. Your immediate attention is appreciated.
