This is to bring to notice issues faced by residents of 9th Cross New Byappanahali, Ward number 79.

1. There is no Regular Garbage collection in 9th Cross
2. The Auto which comes does Not wait for residents and just makes round and goes away, only partial garbage is collected
3. The auto does not have facility to Segregate dry and wet waste, they collect all type of garbage together
4. Residents of across streets are Forced to dump garbage on roads and railway track
5. The garbage dumped on rods and railway track is Not cleared for months
6. There are no road sweepers who visit the locality

Here by Request officials of BBMP to visit the locality and take corrective actions

This letter has been drafted after 6 months of verbal follow up and no response.

1. Daily Regular Garbage collection to be scheduled
2. Clear Existing Garbage from locality
3. Segregate Dry and Wet waste while collecting
4. Road sweepers to work as per schedule
