Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Garbage not collected from dustbins and asking bribe

This is problem which grows like a tree day by day, facing this problem on a daily basis, the garbage collectors dump else everyone dustbin garbage, except ours just because we don't bribe them, and also they always keep asking money, I used to give them money before but their demand increased day by day, so I left giving them money, which is not at all required according to any law, I request to concerned authorities to look over this matter because this is the most common problem which everyone faces, and also I would like to add one more thing, they also spill our own garbage around the main gate a few times wantedly, they basically act as goons.
