Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Help fix flooding due to neighbours not using rainwater harvesting and poor BBMP sahaya ain water drains

Neighbour may not have proper rainwater harvest facility. Have multiple floors and surrounding property, with excess rain water flooding drainage and BBMP drains have poor slope. All combined, water floods inside our home during the rains.
