Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — I am complaining about street dogs

I am staying in near saibaba temple Humangala road, Electronic city phase 1. In this road around 25 to 30 street dogs are there. All the dogs staying in middle of the road only. Especially in morning time 6 to 10 we can't even walk in that road. That's are running behind the car, bike even cycle. Also this attacking who walks in the road.
It's very to disturbing us. From Last 1 month I lost my peace.
