Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — I am complaining against bbmp workers

The workers dont pick up the rags or the waste packets infront of the house according to them every individual should come and hand it over.
I m an intern its difficult for me as i leave to my duty by 8:30 in the morning .
Dry waste vehicle comes only twice a week and the timings are horrible
kindly please look into the matter so that every individual gets equal right regarding the same.
