Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Mud being dumped above the actual layout plan

This is Pradeepan residing in #9, Shiva Sathya Sai Layout, Behind Neha Prakash Hospital, 5th Phase Attur, Yelahanka -560064. I want to bring to your notice that the neighbours residing in the same area are dumping muds above the actual layout plan. Due to which the water-logging happens in front of my home and hence being affected very badly.

Note: The level of all the houses apart from my home is way beyond the actual layout plan and hence they are dumping mud by increasing the height more than 1-2 feet compared to actual plan.

Kindly take action on the same to get the issue resolved at the earliest.
