Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — No action on illegal encroachment and extension

Karnataka Appellate Tribunal -KAT) dismissed a stay order request by an illegal encroacher within a MS Flat complex .

President and Treasurer of the RWA forcibly built 2 additional flats built parallel flats in terrace common area They did by secretly by providing stairs within their third floor . 1/3 rd of other flat owners were probably taken into confidence ignoring others.

BBMP issued demolition notice in 2015 . Encroacher sought stay order from KAT. But rejected by KAT in 2016. Till date BBMP has not acted on demolition despite repeated reminders. The dismissed case reference favoring BBMP to demolish is
