Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — No dry waste collection over a month

No garbage collection from the residents in Vinayaka nagar b block Murugeshpalya, 4th main over a month. We are being mindful and not dumping it out, it’s getting very unhygienic and uncomfortable to store so much garbage at home. No one has any info on it. Where to go, what to do?
