Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Road as a Basic Need for public commuting

We are staying in the BBMP Tax Paid Area. The houses are all paid property taxes without any delays. We do not have a Tar / Concrete road in front of the houses. Its a mud road and in rainy season it gets too slippery. Even by walk it is difficult to commute let alone the two wheeler and four wheeler. Every time when we demand for the roads, they say elections must come. If the BBMP focals are depending on the elections even for a basic need like road, this shows the pathetic condition of the administration of the officials.
My sincere request to the officers is to look into this issue as soon as possible and get the new road laid in the streets.
