Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Street lamp not working

Streetlight in our lane is down from past 6 months, multiple attempts of complaints to bbmp all down in vain .. as they toss the blame on each other. Its clearly written on the street sign board its ward no 154 (2nd cross, church road, basavanagudi). But once u raise a complain, the concerned team denies coming, saying that lane doesn't come under their domain .

Sincere request to do the needful . Kindly address this issue asap . Thanks
