Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — The site next to our house is unclean and not maintained

Hello sir,
The site next to our house has become a dumping ground for people to throw garbage and use as toliet. There is so much plants grown and has become breeding for insects and snakes. It's really scary for us to open windows... We have raised with site owner multiple times and he is least bothered to clean it up. Please consider this as major complaint and help us in cleaning this up
