Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike [BBMP] — Waste grass grown on the road was not cleaned

Waste grass grown on the road is not plucked/cleaned by the lady who cleans road everday, daily i'll tell her to clean that else snakes or some other dangerous snails might come and it is dangerous for childrens who play in the road. Every time i ask her to clean she asks for extra money, and she is not ok to take 10/20 she needs 50rs extra money to do her work for which government is already paying. If we tell we cant issue 50rs for your work she speaks all non scense bad words and she walks from the place i also have a clear video clip on how badly she will use bad words on us.This issue is happening in sriranganagar 5th cross, bangalore- 560085, a request to higher lead to resolve this by cleaning the waste grass grown on the road in the above mentioned cross or else please change the lady who cleans this cross atleast some other lady who comes to clean road might take extra 10/20rs for their work.
