I ordered a product fro gearbest.com which was to be delivered to my in india.

It was 11/09/2018 bpost handled the order.
But till date i have not received the product.
Why you guys are so irresponsible to your customers?

Now i didn't make any insurance of it and lost almost $220.

I am a poor person. I bought the gimbal from my whole savings. And now it's gone.

Please please please help me to get my parcel delivered.
