Sir, i booked one spare part of mi phone (Battery) through aliexpress.com. With id rg[protected]be. Parcel was sent from brazil and handled at mumbai airport sorting office on[protected] and edi received as per tracking report of india post. But i have not received the consignment till date and i donot know the whereabouts of the consignment. I mailed a Christmas gift to a Family member who lies in Belgium. I am extremely upset over the fact that my gift was opened by your postal customs office for no reason. It had been mailed and marked properly at the time it was sent. I assure you that I will notify the USPS of your actions. On top of this outrageous act by your office. My family member was told to pay for it's release. There is absolutely no reason for this action to be taken. Is every card or gift I send in the future subject to opening and adding extra charges. I have instructed my family member to send pictures of the box and contents. These pictures will be sent along to the Washington USPS Main office. It was sent priority Mail 1. I can't believe your centre not only had the nerve to open a legal gift. And then to charge money for it to be released. I will speak with my Attorney to see what legal actions can be taken. and a claim for the $200.00 INS. that was placed on this package. Tracking #. CH[protected]US.

It was held, and Opened by the staff Or Customs agent for No reason. They are now charging my family member to be able to release it. This is totally Outrageous, uncalled for, and Illegal. I am sending you this message to inform your office. I am letting the USPS Service in Washington D.C. What was done and putting in a claim for the $200.00 INS. I placed on the package Tracking # CH[protected]US. I would like an answer from you ASAP. and a copy of the order you have that gives you the right to not only open. But also charge for it's release. I will be talking to my Attorney about what legal actions that can be taken. By me and the USPS. of America.
