My prepaid bsnl sim stop working from 22.12.2017 there is no network connection. Please do the needful to solve the problem as soon as possible. I don't have any network connection and can't able to make any call or message or internet connection.

For the past few months there is no internet connection .
Though we have registered complaint frequently this issue is still not being resolved.
Though complaint is being registered and the issue being unresolved for the past few months there is no action taken to solve this issue.
We request the to resolve this issue as early as possible..

I have already paid the bill for the month of oct 2017 for A/C no[protected] but, again it has come in bill of the month for nov17. Not it is showing 2 months pending bill. Also connection is disconnected.
I am really dissapointed with the service. Always this billing issue is there with Wimax.
