BSNL — Amount debited from my SBI a/c twice but bill not paid

Tried to pay bsnl bill from bsnl portal online on 24/9/2016 by billdesk. But amount was debited twice from bank account but still bill not paid.Today is 27/9/2016, but neither amount is billed to bsnl number nor credited bank to sbi account. The ref nos are:
