I am a resident of Kolkata . I have been facing some problems with my BSNL landline instrument( phone number [protected] and in the connection is in the name of Mr. Shantanu Paul), since a long time. I had made numerous complaints to the BSNL local office in my area but they had refused to change the instrument giving the reason that they don't have supply of any new instruments at the moment and asked me to purchase a new one with my own money.
After I purchased a new instrument i found out that the main cord box of my landline is broken and its has stopped working as it has not been changed since 15 years. I again made a complaint regarding the same on 29/06/16 (Docket no.[protected]) and a technician Mr.SANAT visited my house on that very day after numerous request to the rude staff whose contact number was texted to my phone by the BSNL office at the time of complaint .
So the technician upon observation told that the cord box needed an urgent replacement and he would replace it the next day as the office hours has closed for that day. Mr.Sanat gave me his mobile number which was [protected] and asked me to call him on a suitable time when I am available at home and he will come and replace the cord box. So I called him on that very evening and he promised to come by 12pm on the 30th of June, 2016.
But was completely shocked when I called him to confirm at what time he was coming as he started to throw tantrums and behaving extremely rude. He even told me that he is not bound to give me any service and he will come at any time he want . His behavior was a complete shock for me . When I told him that I have to go for a meeting after 12:30pm he shouted that he has other works to do rather than listening to my non-sense.
I would be highly obliged if someone kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps against such rude employees at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
