BSNL — Bill invoice even after disconnection and security deposit return issue

Even after informing and requesting closing of BSNL Fiber connection on Dec 28, w.e.f 01 Jan, and also after submitting devices, paying full amount of last (December) bill I am getting the bill invoice to pay.

Also after disconnection i have not received full security deposit from BSNL vendor partner, who installed all devices.
