BSNL — Bill payment - Transaction failure

I tried to make a payment using Credit card on 25th June 2014 and it was a Failure Transaction and I received SMS from BA-PORTAL stating that Transaction is failed. Then I did payment using Debit card and transaction was successful. Later amount debited from Credit card also. Kindly revert back the amount debited for Failure Transaction. Failure Transaction ID : TX[protected]
