[Resolved] BSNL — Billing Mistake

I'm M.Joseph residing in Nagercoil situated in Kanyakumari District of Tamil Nadu. I'm using a BSNL Broadband with landline connection of Rs.845 plan for the past 5 years now. Today I received my bill and found that the One-Time High Speed charges was printed wrongly. Last month I recharged the speed only on 6th May and 20th May 2015. But in the bill, both the entries were printed double times. The total One-Time charges should be Rs.500/-. But in the bill it is Rs.1000/-. This makes my total bill amount of Rs.2217. Please check this problem out and resolve it as soon as possible. I also wrote a complaint to the BSNL office in my area. But still I need to reassure that it has been deducted.
