[Resolved]  BSNL — Blocked of message to 1900

The bsnl has blocked my messages to 1900 . I wanted to port my sim to vi so i send i message to 1900 the message showed an error so i tried 10-12 times then i contacted customer care they demanded 147 rs to send the message they said till you dont recharge 147 plan your message will not be send to trai. Then i contacted bsnl on Twitter the thet didn't reply . Please convey this message to bsnl that i won't be recharging any plan and i wanted that the my messages to 1900 should be unblocked immediately . Otherwise i would log a complaint to trai my mobile no is [protected]
