BSNL — Broad band connection compaint | |||
I, Deepak S. am a BSNL landline and Broadband consumer. I have registered a complaint regarding my BSNL broadband service, but there is no resolution of the problem still provided. Today morning I have also visited the BSNL office, Old Sangvi where I was just tossed from one counter to another just to register a complaint, I am afraid I am not able to mention any names here as nobody there was ready to share their name. I have been registering broadband complaints for on a average of 2 per week, where the request once closed the service is active for 6 hours and service is down again I don’t know for what reason. So I am not only available to consume the Broadband service but there is overhead on me for registering the complaints. The feedback which I been getting from the BSNL employees is that the modem is faulty or the phone is dead which is impossible as I am registering my complaint through my landline and my modem works properly once the ticket is resolved. You can fetch complaint history from my telephone no. and you will find a good reason for why I am forced to write this frustrating email to you.
