BSNL Broad Band — Poor service- billing for non service days - poor | |||
[protected]@bsnl.co.in dear sir my name m.ganesan working as aneletical engr southrn railwaycust id [protected]ac no [protected] since i am using bsnl landline with broad band connection for five years . i am suffering lot with this connection a lot . many time i given my complaint to the cs on phone and by regd posts but they was unanswered and my problem was temporarily solved. but again and again my bb connection is failing, every month the connetion fails for 10-15 days but i am recieving the bill with very good promptness . last month i sent a regd letter to CGM and the SDE to close my connection but not responded. i am requesting you to provide uninterrupted BB connection else please terminate the connection and refund my deposit or waive off the bill for the non functioning days and send fresh bill to enable me to pay the same. for you ref docket number[protected] date 21.10.[protected],[protected], [protected],[protected] here i am mentioning the sample complaint only . i sent many written regd letters also .the connection is not reliable for not even continuous an hour. intermittently failed . from 19.10.2015 to this day the connection is tottally failed. but the billing is very good prompt. please disconnect my connection it is not worthful to pay for the worst BB connection without purpose .
