BSNL — Broadband and landline connection off for 3 months but still getting bills | |||
Bharat sanchar nigam limited indore telecom district my cust id: [protected] acc no: [protected] complaint issue: my telephone and broadband connection have been off for more than 3 months now but despite repeated complaints there has not been any solution. I registered the complaint with bsnl numerous times and every time the automated response says out my complaint number and that technical work in progress. However i have been recieving bills for all these times with the last bill generated on 04.06.2016. Do i have to still pay ???? is bsnl providing me any service for which i have to pay ???? kindly resolve the issue. I am a software engineer and my work "sadly depends on internet".
