Please look into the matter. The issue remains unresolved even after 10 days. I have tried all options to escalate my problem, but no response received. I have made annual paym, ent for BSNL BB and hence losing out on days due to conncetivity issues. Please assist.
I have complained on IVRS for Broadband Connectivity issue where router needs to be re configured for[protected] on 27/6/2015, Friday at 7.30 PM ( I do not have docket no )
On Monday, I received a call on my landline asking if the net is working or not. I said No as the issue not resolved. Till date 1/7/2015, no engineer has come to resolve the issue. On 29/6/2015, I called the customer care to report that no engineer has come till date, they refused to register the omplain as the old complain was already open. Please tell me if the old complain is not resolved within TAT, do I not have a right to inform that. i wanted to eascalate the issue to concerned dept. but they did not provide me any email id or number.Again, I tried to lodge a complain on IVRS and call centre. The new complain no : [protected].
Please assist me . My father, aged 69 years stays alone at the premises and needs the net for online utility payments. As per TRAI, the issue needs to be resolved in 3 days, I received no SMS, no call and the matter still needs to be resolved . Please look into the matter and keep me informed on [protected]. Your assistance required.
