BSNL — BROADBAND IS BROKEN DOWN. | |||
I am a BSNL Broadband subscriber having telephone No.[protected]. My broadband has not been functioning properly for the last 70 days or more. It disconnects frequently (at the interval of every 1/2/3 seconds.) It takes long time to get connected, whenever it connects, it is so slow that hardly any page opens. I have lodged complaints to the local BSNL office at Siddhiashram, Agartala as well as through this site several times. Besides, I have communicated the matter to the Broadband Customer Care 1504 over phone but their suggestion is very disgusting. Moreover, I have lodged complaints online to the higher authority of BSNL. But any fruitful action to restore my broadband connection is yet to be noticed. I could not find any difference between the "Higher Authority" and the "Customer Care". This shows great irresponsibility on the part of BSNL. Such poor services are not expected from a organization like BSNL. Break down of broadband connection for 70 days or more is too much. It is now of no use for me, just like a show piece. Now I am thinking to lodge complaint to the District Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? | |||
