BSNL — Broadband keeps losing internet access and unethical redirecting | |
I have been a loyal customer of bsnl broadband since 2012 and since lockdown started athe broadband keeps losing internet access (Works for 2mins and loses acces for 5mins) it very frustrating. I tried changing the router but the problem kept repeating itself. It has been 3 months now and it is becoming increasingly infuriating to pay for the service and not get to avail it. I can't seem to find a good reason to stop this service right now but other companies are offering broadband services only when lockdown is over. Another thing is that whenever the internet seems to work (Works for 20-40 mins then gets disconnected, this happens mostly at night) and i try to open a website, it keeps redirecting to bsnl bill payment page and mind you even when there are 20, days left for the payment.
