Hello,
I am from a rural area. I have been using bsnl broadband service for more than 18 months now.
I am using BBG500Rural combo plan. when I took the connection it was working fine, but after a
line drop, whic happened six months back, possibily due to the public road construction work,
my landline/broadban connection is no good. I barely get a connection. I have made a complaint
to my local exchange(Thirukkanur) immediately after this incident(in june 2012) and they said
that they will look into it and they still are looking into it. I am paying around Rs.550/month for
the broadband connection which I couldn't use in a hope that it will be resolved
i.e I paid around 3000 to BSNL for nothing. I also made a complain to main exchange (puducherry)
but of no use.
I am registering my compalin here hoping that it will be taken into account and will be resolved.
I will not stop here, I will do whatever I can until it is resolved.
