[Resolved]  BSNL — BSNL Landline number is dead since Jan 2014

Hi, My BSNL land line number[protected] is dead since Jan 2014. I have visited several times to my local exchange Jhandapur & asked concern to do the needful. Also i have visited my main exchange & verbally lodeged the complaint with JTO at BSNL office to restore my connection. I am paying all my due bills on time, yet my connection is not restored.
