BSNL Cell One — Postpaid cell surrender and refund of 7500 rs

I had a cell no [protected]. I had a deposit of Rs.7500 for this cell. I had surrendered this post paid facility and converted it to a prepaid facility more than 3 months back.
I have not received my refund of a sum of Rs.7500/ so far.
