BSNL Cellone — BSNL prepaid number was not recharged

I was Recharged my BSNL mobile [protected] for Rs.220/- on 22/8/2015 with transaction No.TXT[protected] and the amount also deducted from my account, but my mobile was not recharged with Rs.220/- Hence i request you to take action regarding this transaction. Thanking you Manzar Ibrahim [protected]
