BSNL Cellone Chennai — Post paid Mobile bill payment made TWICE on 17th Aug 2015 but not acknowledged by Cellone | |||
Dear Sir, I am a customer of BSNL Cellone with postpaid vide mobile no. [protected] (postpaid connection). I made the payment of my BSNL Cellone Chennai postpaid bill which was due on 17th Aug 2015 through ONLINE via BSNL Cellone portal: - First using My credit card : I made the payment through my credit card Rs. 610. My credit card confirms to have made payment to BSNL Cellone Rs.610 and debited to my account. I got the SMS from my Bank. However the BSNL Cellone portal did not confirm the receipt of payment. - Hence I again made the same amount of Rs.610 using my net banking facility which was later acknowledged by BSNL Cellone portal and I got the receipt for same. Since I have made Rs. 610 in excess (which was paid through my credit card but not acknowledged by BSNL Cellone).
