[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — complaint about bsnl agent in chengalpet

Sir, I bought a micro sim for a new number in Veepee system, no 3, GST rd, Chengalpet, 603001 on 17th Nov 2014.They activated for normal sim.I put my microsim in m y smart phone but it was not activated.I enquired them, they told me by misstake they entired and activated for normal sim.When I asked for my microsim activation they using disrespect words and they say "do whatever you can do and afterall you are a lady" and they threaten me.Finally I approached bsnl chengalpet and get new micro sim after a week.IS THIS THE RIGHT WAY YOU TREAT YOUR COSTOMERS???
