[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Payment deducted, but not adjusted

I am one of cell one user since a long & paying my all bill online. In month of april, 2014 i paid my bill online which detail is givin below, after transaction recived message that transaction is faild. Then again i made payment of rs. 722/= & transaction was succesful. Next day i received message from bsnl about first transaction that transaction have done successful. Now rs. 722.00 paid more to bsnl, which should be debit in next bill but unfortunetly in april & may bill amount was not adjusted even after a complaint to ao, saharanpur.. You are requesting kindly do the needful & oblige thanks,
