BSNL Cellone — Postpaid cell surrender and refund of 7500 rs

I had a postpaid cell no.[protected]. I got it converted to a prepaid mobile 3 months back.

I havenot been refunded my deposit of Rs.7500/ so far. I request that the refund be made immediately .
